12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including your breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Site.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Maryland in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Matt Antonis CRE and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
